What are the regulations for a pet travel crate?
Every crate should have ventilation on all 4 sides and consist of a top and bottom half bolted together with metal bolts . The crate should have one door and should be pinned during travel to prevent the door from opening.
How do I know what size crate my pet needs?
The top of the pets head and ears should have approximately 3 inches or 8 cm of clearance, it is always best to size up if the pet is in between crate sizes
What does an appropriate crate consist of?
The crate can be wooden or moulded plastic, must have a metal door, have no wheels and are not collapsible.
What is an easy way to reduce my pets crate anxiety?
